We choose to work with natural, recycled and reclaimed materials for our pieces. Jute is a great natural material we love to use as it is a rain-fed crop that has little need for fertilisers or pesticides. It is a natural vegetable fibre that can be spun into strong and durable threads. The traditional Indian handloom represents one of India's most ancient crafts, embodying centuries of heritage. Our rugs honour this legacy, meticulously woven, braided, and stitched by skilled artisans using these age-old techniques. Each piece celebrates the artistry and craftsmanship passed down through generations.
To care for these rugs, clean spills immediately by blotting with clean sponge or cloth. Take care when vacuuming. We do not recommend the use of vacuums with rotating brush as these may damage the rug fibres. Can be professionally cleaned. Colours may fade in direct sunlight. Due to the nature of the materials used, some shedding of fibre is to be expected.
